The shipping time of your orders is within 3 working days from the date of processing your order .

Your orders reach you within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 8 days from the date of processing.

Do you have a store where we can see your products?

Fatih mah. one97 st. We have a factory at No:5/D Gaziemir Sarnıç - İzmir where you can examine our products. You can get information about our products in general or you can shop from our factory.

Do you have special size production?

We regret to inform you that we do not have special size production. We only produce the sizes and models available on our website.

Are all of your products your production?

Yes, all of our products are our own production.

Do your products have a warranty?

We have a warranty or liability period of 2 years on all our products from the date on your invoice . Your broken or missing parts are delivered with free shipping within 5 working days . Product damage during assembly is not covered by the warranty.

What are your return conditions?

You can return your order unconditionally if you do not break the product or its packaging within 30 days from the day you receive it.

Open the box of the product carefully. Do not tear the transparent packaging outside the parts and do not install it until you decide to use the product, as the return of the installed products is not accepted .

The returned products must be returned with the original parcel .

Returns of installed products are not accepted.

What should I do if my product was damaged in shipping?

Please contact us for your parts damaged in shipping . We will replace the necessary parts as soon as possible.

Do you have installation service?

Unfortunately, we do not have an installation service because our products are easy to install.

Can I install the products myself?

Yes, our products are much easier to install compared to modular furniture on the market. With the help of the installation diagram image in the images in the product advertisements, you can perform the installation in minutes with the help of just one screwdriver or drill.
