Do your products have a warranty?
We have a warranty or liability period of 2 years on all our products from the date on your invoice . Your broken or missing parts are delivered with free shipping within 5 working days . Product damage during assembly is not covered by the warranty.
What are your return conditions?
You can return your order unconditionally if you do not break the product or its packaging within 30 days from the day you receive it.
Open the box of the product carefully. Do not tear the transparent packaging outside the parts and do not install it until you decide to use the product, as the return of the installed products is not accepted.
The returned products must be returned with the original parcel.
